Jon joined Which? in 2003 and has worked in a number of roles across the organisation. Since moving to the Technology Team in 2006 he has been responsible for the mobile phone reviews at Which? and recently moved our test programme to a new laboratory. He also coordinates the international test of MP3 players, which includes consumer organisations from Germany, France, Spain and the US.
