Buyers of Samsung’s new Wave handsets are being bribed with offered free downloads if they are one of the first few to get the new bada phones.

The first 300,000 to download Asssasin’s Creed II will get it free, while Fifa 10, Tetris Refresh and Spore Creatures will be free for the first 250,000 punters.

Other titles being given away include DioDict French/English dictionary, the SSkin theme and the Princess Magic Therapy e-book – whatever that is, answers on a postcard please.

These apps will be free for “a limited time”, rather for a specific amount.

Phones included in the offer are the Samsung Wave 525, 533, 575 and 723 – although there is no word yet whether it includes the Wave II.

The deal is similar to a Samsung effort when the original Wave phone went on sale. That time Need for Speed Shift was given away to the first 1.2 million comers. Unfortunately owners or buyers of the original Wave will miss out, but this isn’t much of a surprise.
