Tab 2 and NX cameras

Samsung is offering a free 7-inch tablet worth £199 when you buy a camera from its Smart NX range. The deal runs until January 9 2013 and can also be used with the cashback deals on the NX1000, NX20 and NX210 cameras.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7-inch – a quality portable tablet

The Galaxy Tab 2 7-inch is a very impressive smaller tablet, which is an ideal size and weight for using one-handed on the commute. The tablet should be fast thanks to its dual-core processor and it has a decent resolution screen, so reading ebooks and watching videos should be easy.

The tablet runs the Android Ice Cream sandwich operating system so has access to hundreds of thousands of apps through the Google Play store and also features a 3Mp camera for taking pictures – although if you’ve also just bought a Samsung NX camera this won’t be of so much use.

You can find out how if the tablet was good enough to be awarded a Best Buy in our Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7-inch review.

Samsung Smart NX cameras

The deal is available if you buy the NX1000, Nx20 or NX210 from a wide range of shops including Jessops, Amazon, PC World and John Lewis. You can also get £50 cash back on the NX1000 and £100 back on the NX20 and NX210. For more information about the deal and the full list of shops check out Samsung’s website.

All three cameras aim to offer SLR quality shots and have interchangeable lenses so can be used for a wide range of shooting. Each model has a 20Mp sensor, as well as featuring Samsung’s latest smart camera features.
